Format for the day - 8am check in for an 8.30am start.
Round Robin Pools- Match Play and Play offs.
Each match to consist of best of 9 games with a tie break at 4-4.All games to be short deuce
Cross pool matches will be played to decide the final positions.
Parking is available in the complex carpark as well as surrounding streets near the courts
The Convenor will have basic First Aid available for minor injuries or illness
Emergency Services will be called in the case of a serious injury or illness
Girls are to wear their Association Tennis uniform. If the association does not have a uniform they are to wear their school tennis uniform. This should be a neat polo shirt and skirt or shorts or dress. No T Shirts are to be worn and proper footwear must be used
Food & Drink Girls will need to bring their own lunch and drink and any snacks they may need. A small canteen may be operating
- Please ensure girls have plenty of water
A CIS Secondary Girls Tennis team of 8 will be named at the conclusion of the day. These players will be required to remain for a short period of time at the conclusion of the day to speak with the coach and manager, receive any information and try on sample uniform. As a guide in 2017 if players needed to purchase all mandatory uniform items the cost was $63 plus a player levy (admin costs, officials costs, photos, team entry) of $100 for the Championship
